Every Float King order is tracked automatically — there's nothing to log in for and no tracking number to lose.

How tracking works

1. Right after you order: we email you a confirmation with an Order Status link. That link is your live tracker — it updates from the moment we receive your order until the day your caps land.
2. When your order ships: you'll get a second email with the carrier tracking number and an updated link.
3. Custom orders: custom XL caps take about 7 business days to build before they ship. The Order Status page will show "In production" during that window, then switch to "Shipped" with a tracking number once the box leaves us.

Can't find your tracking email?

• Search your inbox and spam folder for "Float King" or "floatkingwheels.com".
• If you created an account at checkout, you can also view every order at your account page.
• If you still can't find it, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it within one business day.

We don't share tracking links over chat or social DMs for security reasons — always check the email that came from noreply@floatkingwheels.com first.
