Defects
If your caps arrive with a defect, contact us with photos and we'll take care of it. Every cap is inspected before it ships, but if something slips through, it's on us.
Stock Floating Caps — Non-LED
Ordered the wrong size? Not a problem. We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery on all non-LED stock floating caps.

Stock Floating Caps — LED
LED caps are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Double-check your size before ordering — our size guide is there to help.
XL Floating Caps
XL Floaters are a two-piece cap — a floating center cap and an outer cap — sold together as one unit. It helps to understand how this works before diving into the policy.
Outer caps are the sizing component. If you order the wrong outer size, we can send you the correct replacement. The cost for a new set of outer caps plus shipping is $15.00 per cap — brushed aluminum finish and select sizes are priced slightly higher.
The floating center caps are custom-manufactured. Because of this, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Once your order is placed, production begins on your floater.
So if a size issue comes up — reach out. We'll confirm whether an outer cap swap covers it and get you taken care of.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited with store credit to use for other items or exchanges. Questions please inquire floatkingwheels@gmail.com.
