Center cap measurement guide
The fastest way to confirm fit is to measure the cap you already have. Year, make, and model help, but the actual cap measurement is what confirms the correct product.
XL floaters are typically for aftermarket or larger wheels. If your current center caps do not cover your lug nuts, XL floaters will not fit your wheel.
Place your cap face-up on paper, mark the left and right outside edges, then measure the distance between those marks. That distance is your XL outer diameter.
Remove your existing cap and measure only the metal clip ring on the back. Do not include the plastic outer cap.
Ready-made stock floaters are sized for stock/OEM wheels. Don't see your vehicle or size? We can now custom-build a small floating cap to your exact measurements — for any vehicle, on stock or custom wheels.
Small floaters are the smaller round caps that sit in the center of the wheel and do not cover the lug nuts — most common on aftermarket wheels that take a small circle floating cap. We custom-build small floating caps to your exact measurements, so they fit any wheel — aftermarket or stock/OEM. Use a digital caliper and take all five measurements in millimeters.
We'll build it. Our Custom Cap Builder makes small floating center caps to your exact measurements — any vehicle, stock/OEM or aftermarket/custom wheels. Pick your outer ring color and logo background color, upload your logo, and we build it to fit. Set of 4, every color included, free shipping.
We can only confirm fitment when we can see the wheel, the current center cap, and the measurement. If you are unsure, prepare these before reaching out:
Need help confirming fitment? Complete the form before contacting support. Without clear wheel and center-cap photos, support cannot accurately confirm which cap fits your wheel.
Use this form if your year/model is not listed, you are unsure if your wheels are stock or aftermarket, or you need us to verify the correct size.
Photo uploads are required. Google may ask you to sign in so your photos can be securely attached to the request.
Tip: if you already know your measurements, you may not need the form at all — the Custom Cap Builder accepts any round cap from 54–75 mm.
